Which is the best country to do property investment?

In my opinion the best country to do property investment is India as the real estate industry is in a hike of growth day to day as a result making a right choice of investment will not make you money loss. Investing in real estate is investing for the purpose of renting the space out/ selling it. Buying a home or building one for own use is not considered an investment in real estate. For better investment, a proper research is required.
