MahaRERA is going to adopt a stringent monitoring system that will help to complete 88% of the 16,000 projects by 2022 which are registered with them. MahaRERA will be focusing mainly unauthorized projects this year. MahaRERA will also focus on smaller districts and get them organized and authorize their projects which will make them aware of RERA.
