You will be pleased to know that NAREDCO Haryana is organizing its 4th HARERA Certified Workshop for one day with HARERA Gurugram, Government of Haryana.

4th HARERA Certified Workshop that included HARERA, Dr. K K Khandelwal interaction with the students. NAREDCO HARYANA  in association with HARERA Gurugram, conducting  the one day Certificate workshop on June 12, 2019 for Aspiring and Existing Real Estate promoters, Sales and Marketing Managers & Executives, Managers & Executives in Project Planning & Management,  channel partners, developers, realtors and Housing Finance Executives, Managers and Executives in Corporate Communication,  Builders, Their marketing, planning, financial and project arms, anybody interested in taking up real estate profession. 

It is most beneficial for  Real Estate Promoters/ Marketing Arm of Real Estate/ Channel Partners of Developers in Haryana to be certified with the HARERA - NIRM Workshop for being the first among those who get this opportunity, for ease of doing business. Workshop includes all the governing  HARERA. Hon'ble Mr. Subhash Chand Kush, Member HARERA Gurugam will open up the modus operandi of the new order.  

Brokerage activities relate to selling, leasing, renting, managing, lending, soliciting and negotiating in return for compensation. Property transactions over the years have become very specialized and complex. Therefore, it is necessary for Promoters to acquire specialized knowledge of property laws and market operations. Further, brokerage practices in India need to be regulated through a code of conduct developed by NAREDCO Haryana.
