Equipped with a Masters in Management degree, from London Business School, Adrija Agarwal is a budding entrepreneur and promising business strategist. She is the youngest millennial to join the Board of Trustees of the renowned Greenwood High International School. A Bioengineering graduate from Cornell University, USA, her managerial skills were well-honed, even at a young age and this was quite evident from the initiatives she has undertaken, during her academic years. 

The scion of the Salarpuria Sattva group, Adrija is currently actively involved with the group’s several initiatives, while shadowing her illustrious father and the Group’s Managing Director Bijay Agarwal. Her entrepreneurial bent of mind and keen business acumen played a key role in the Group’s acquisition of Simpliwork, “Grade A” Built-to-Suit Office Spaces for mid and large enterprises, in a very short span of time, in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.  She was also part of the management team that took the leap to add Co-living – fully managed rental homes, to solve the housing challenges faced by millennials, while offering a new asset class of Buy-to- Let properties for investors.

Adrija is involved in the Group’s foray into Hospitality and resorts and takes keen interest in the acquisitions and transactions of new business ventures of the company, consolidating its already robust portfolio.

While still studying, Adrija worked with The Blackstone (Real Estate Private Equity), working with the team to propose an equity investment of $900M in a Hong Kong REIT, trading at a discount to its asset value, that could turn out to be profitable.  She proved to be an exceptional student, by proposing ideas on various aspects of the due diligence processes for ongoing projects, such as China logistics, taking REITs from public to private markets, in soft markets.

She also worked at Bain & Company – an American management consultancy, where she learned the ropes of private equity investments, mergers and market analysis, among others. 

An innovative bent of mind that incessantly works on inventing ideas, Adrija brings a fresh perspective and new age ideas to the Salarpuria Sattva Group. To add to her repertoire, she is a trained Kathak dancer, participating in stage shows across India.
