Mr. Neeraj Gulati, a first generation Entrepreneur, Commerce Honors Pass out from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC)-- the best Commerce college in India followed by a Chartered Accountant degree. A visionary in the field of Real Estate and Education, he made a humble beginning in mid 90s and completed Tradex Towers, the first Commercial Towers of Greater Noida. In 2003, he along with his associate started a University known as University of Petroleum and Energy Sciences (UPES) which today boasts of more than 5,000 students and has been taken over by Laureate. It is the first university in Asia which offered specialized courses in Oil & Gas and Energy Sciences. Mr. Gulati floated a company named Lokbharti Skilling Socultions Private Limited in 2011. The company today has more than 15 centers in 4 large states of India. It is also ranked in top 3 companies by National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC), a Government body in the field of Skilling.
