Rohit Garodia founded Pecan Reams, which is a real estate asset management, advisory and technology services organisation. Having over 20 years of experience in real estate and financial services, he is a trusted advisor to funds & developers helping them with deep insights into their real estate portfolios and projects and ground-up running them and achieving their objectives. Pecan is acknowledged for its sector depth and ability to turn-around situations.

Prior to Pecan Group, he was the Director and Co-Head – Real Estate for JM Financials responsible for originating and executing deals across a range of cities and asset classes and with the Investment Banking group at JM Morgan Stanley having executed deals of over USD 23 billion.

He has also co-founded Primarc Pecan (www.primarcpecan.com) in 2013, an Ecommerce services focussed organisation which helps brands manage their Ecommerce business. He keenly follows the healthy snacking industry and is involved in brands Mindful & EatAnyTime (www.eatanytime.in) in the snacking space. Overall, the group is 100+ member team today.

He has active interests in entrepreneurship, real estate, start-ups, ecommerce and health industry. He is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI & Graduate from NM College, Mumbai.
