Mr. Rohtas Goel, Chairman and Managing Director-Omaxe Ltd., is a leading name in the real estate industry and an inspiration for many. Having worked his way to the higher echelon of success and glory, Mr. Goel founded Omaxe over a quarter century ago. Leading from the front, he has steered the group to an unprecedented height where it can take pride in ushering new designs, innovative concepts, transparency and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Goel laid the foundation of Omaxe Builders Private Limited in 1989 to undertake construction & contracting business. In 2001, under his foresighted leadership, the group made in roads into the evolving real estate sector and under his leadership the company introduced some pioneering concepts like townships and luxury housing, which revitalised the real estate across the country, particularly in Delhi NCR. Mr. Goel was also one of the first who introduced and advocated the concept of Affordable Housing and today, it has become a pet theme for the entire industry.

Mr. Goel has also been elected to various industry bodies and is a frequent speaker at several real estate forums. He was unanimously elected President of NAREDCO (National Real Estate Development Council) twice between 2007 and 2011. During his stint as NAREDCO President, he diligently took up industry cause and as a result NAREDCO achieved wider acceptance among policy makers and the industry. At the same time, he always kept the interest of the customers above everything.
