Chandigarh based Girdhar studied Bachelor’s in architecture from Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar. Tripat Girdhar attempts to capture an essence of his times and engross in the exciting potential that bubbles at the surface of modern India. He is also a member of architecture council and previously he was associate with SD Sharma and Jaipuriya Group as an Architect.
The Design Studio, a leading Architecture and Interior Design firm based in Chandigarh India, was established by Tripat Girdhar in 2009. His inventive designs not only reinterpret India’s architectural roots and traditional acumen in a contextual vocabulary but also dwells Indian architecture on a world stage. The firm creates a versatile body of work ranging from architecture and interiors of residences and corporate offices to retail and hospitality spaces.
