He made his foray into real estate development by incorporating Man Infraprojects Ltd. etc. The group is currently developing approx 2.20 millions square feet of mix use space in Bandra (W), Vile Parle (W) Nerul and Dahisar Mira Road, WE Highway. He spearheads business development & land acquisition, designing & liaising and manages the day-to-day affairs of the group’s realty companies. Under his leadership, the group is shortly undertaking another 1.8 million square feet of residential development on Thane Godbunder Road. As an Executive Director in Man Industries (I) Limited, he is widely engaged in the group real estate business and also on the board of other group companies as well.
