Explain the way you communicate to Customers?

This is one of the worst builders I have ever met. I have booked a plot in Whitefield area. 1.Our alloted agent use to ask us money near his location, Not in site or office. 2.After continuous follow up we got the receipt of our payment after 15 days of payment. 3. Receipt was with wrong plot area. Then it was so messed up.. After continuous complaints, I got another agent 4.He has given some docs and recipt for the amount but they have mentioned wrong name in docs. 5.After getting docs it'
