About Developer

The Rohan Lifescapes Group was founded by Mr. Harresh N. Mehta, and his family, over 15 years ago. Since then it has grown to become a major player in South Mumbai's real estate scenario. As part of the urban renewal process in the City, where most buildings of the pre-independence era are badly dilapidated, the State Government in the 1990's offered additional Floor Space Index (FSI) as an incentive to private players. The Rohan Lifescapes Group seized this demanding opportunity and made its mark with strategic land purchases, credible tenant negotiations and timely delivery.

South Mumbai is the oldest part of Mumbai and also one of the most congested. Redeveloping buildings in this congested space can throw up quite a few logistical stalemates. Rohan Lifescapes was one of the few developers who could successfully overcome these. Besides that, the Group made strategic land purchases, carried out credible tenant negotiations and stressed on timely delivery. Today, the Group has shored up an impressive track record. It has successfully delivered over 3.5 million square feet of quality space in the city and helped rehabilitate over 3000 tenants. So much so, that every tenant is a glowing testament to the Group's credibility. Looking ahead, Rohan Lifescapes has acquired over 50 buildings in the island city. Each of these projects is at various stages of incubation. The next 5 years will see them coming to fruition. Augmenting this land bank through judicious acquisitions is an ongoing process.
