The latest achievements for Adani Realty have been the 'Developer of The Year' awards for Western Heights, Oyster Grande and The North Park, Shantigram, at The Times Network. At the same event, The Good Life campaign also won 'Innovative Real Estate Marketing Campaign of the Year.'
Monte South bagged Adani Realty's 14th and the 15th award for 'Residential High-Rise Development India' and 'Residential High-Rise Architecture India' at the prestigious 'Asia Pacific Property Awards'.
Western Heights propelled Adani Realty to new heights by bagging the ‘Project of the Year’ Award at the Third Real Estate Awards by Accommodation Times consecutively for the second year in a row.
The Meadows won us our 12th award, for the ‘Best Residential Project’ in the Mid-Luxury segment at the CNBC Awaaz, 11th Real Estate Awards 2016-2017.
Our 11th award has catapulted The Belvedere Golf and Country Club into the most elite brass of lifestyle spaces in the country. By winning the ‘Excellence in Lifestyle Clubs’ award at the Ahmedabad Entrepreneur & Excellence Awards 2017, we have officially become Gujarat’s top-rated lifestyle club.
Shortly after we made a mark globally with our win at Asia’s Greatest Brands, we bagged three awards at the ABP Real Estate Awards in the following categories:

In a landmark moment, we topped the list of Asia’s Greatest Brands as per a consumer and industry audit by PricewaterhouseCoopers P.L.; walking away with the highly coveted “Asia’s Greatest Brands and Leaders 2016” award held in Singapore.
Adani Realty was presented the ‘Real Estate Developer Award in NCR Region’ at the Indian Luxury Real Estate Awards 2016, presented by ALREN (Asian Luxury Real Estate Network).
The Belvedere Golf and Country Club was named the Best New 9 Hole Golf Course at the India Golf Expo, 2016.
Western Heights also bagged the Residential Property of the year – MMR’ at Navbharat Realty Business Achievers Award, 2016.
Western Heights won the "Premium Project of the Year" award at the Accommodation Times 2nd International Real Estate Annual Awards, 2015.
Aangan won an award for Affordable Housing category at the CNBC Awaaz Real Estate Awards, 2015, for Ahmedabad city.
