Kharadi too, offers the reasonable rates in real estate market. You can expect a 2-bhk unit within the range of Rs 40 lakhs. And if it is something hi-end and plush you are looking for, capital amount of Rs 80 lakhs would be more than enough.

Pirangut

Pirangut is yet another location that presents good potential for investors. It is well-connected with Hinjewadi. Besides this, the location is connected to National Highway 48 (NH 48), due to which Old Mumbai Highway is accessible to the residents of the location.

People living in Pirangut can access not just Mumbai highway but also Chandani Chowk and lawasa Road. Moreover, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) is located at this area of the city which ensures well-developed infrastructure and constant development in the locality.

A 2BHK unit can be easily availed within the range of Rs 18 lakhs to Rs 40 lakhs.
