The fundamentals of our design come from the basic principle of golden ratio which is depicted through our logo. We believe every house should be well- ventilated, well-lit and thoughtfully planned so there are no wasted corners or unnecessary walls. It is these basic fundamentals that make our living more comfortable and pleasurable. That’s the reason why we at grco strongly believe that the mind always comes before the matter. And it is the thought behind everything that counts.

Our strength lies in our core values like transparency, non-compromising attitude when it comes to quality, innovative thinking and customer satisfaction. From planning to execution, we craft every little thing carefully and plan every square foot thoughtfully so you can make the most out of your living spaces.
