Green Peace Constructions Private Limited was founded in the year 1995 under the visionary Chairman Mr. D. I. Paul, a mechanical engineer by profession who had served as a captain in the Indian Army for many years. Mr. Paul’s rich technical and managerial expertise was instrumental in starting & building up Green Peace Constructions Private Limited and managing the project execution throughout his life time, till end of 1999. Since then his advice and visionary guidance are sincerely being followed in managing the companies day to day affairs in all the Green Peace group Companies.

In the year 1995, Green Peace Constructions Private Limited laid their first mile stone at Ashok nagar namely CRYSTAL CASTLE, a residential apartment complex with 8 dwelling units with a total built-up area of 9500 sq.ft. Since then, Green Peace Constructions have successfully constructed and handed over residential and commercial space totaling more than 10,00,000 sq.ft. satisfying more than 1000 valuable customers. Currently Mr. P.R. Earnarst is the Managing Director and continues to take Green Peace Constructions Private Limited ahead at a vigorous pace by sincerely following the visionary path laid down by the founder. The notable feature in all the completed projects is that they have been delivered on time with no complaints whatsoever coming from any of the customers to whom the flats have been sold. This has led to the creation of a strong brand awareness, loyalty, confidence and trust created in the southern & Western parts of Chennai, viz: Anna Nagar, Ashok Nagar, KK Nagar & Adyar where most of our projects are based and ongoing.

Promoters 

The company is currently managed by an able team of engineers and planners led by Mr. P. R. Earnarst at the helm of affairs as Managing Director . Mr. S.R. Jagadeesan and Mrs. Lavanya Earnarst, both directors support him in all his business ventures. Mrs.Lavanya also looks after the day-today administration of the business, landscapes and farm land business as well.

Mr.P.R.Earnarst, a chemical engineer who has rich experience as business development manager in SPIC Maintenance Organization for many years has also worked in refineries and oil fields in Middle East for about 10 years. Now he is successfully managing this business for the past 20 years.

Mr.S.R.Jagadeesan, another Chemical Engineer with more than thirty two years experience in fertilizers / Refineries & Oil filed in India and abroad has taken charge of entire construction segment and is fully responsible for the successful execution of all projects. He is a recipient of the Sharmveer Award for Technical Suggestion to the fertilizer industry.

To enhance the growth of the organization to greater heights, the company has appointed a C.E.O., Mr. Raghavan , an engineer by profession with 32 years of rich experience in India & abroad. He is looking after the business development and construction activities partially since April 2008.
