Our journey of building homes over the last two and a half decades, has in turn built us to be in the position we currently are. We pride our success of constructing over 23000 spaces, across over 21 million square feet in our 29-year journey. Our experiences became the bricks we lay to build the future.

Our single minded focus on our chosen customer segment helps us fully to achieve economies of scale. The savings thus made are passed on to our customers to sell affordable homes.
The naming philosophy of Janapriya, meaning ‘people’s favourite’ has always been true to its name and in the process has recently been declared two years in a row as the ‘Most Preferred Builder – South India in a nationwide survey conducted by AC Nielsen.
