Mr. K. Umesh is Designated Partner of Lansum Properties. He has illustrious career in multiple sectors as a senior bureaucrat. Mr. K. Umesh did Mechanical Engineering degree from Andhra University and joined Defense for a short period. Later he joined Civil Services and served for 23 years. He was bestowed Presidential Award for his meritorious service in Customs, Excise and Service Tax departments. He took voluntary retirement and joined with NTR Memorial Trust as CEO and rendered valuable services for two years. 

His inborn interest and talent took him to construction field in association with MAG Leisures, Shree Rise Enclaves Pvt Ltd, Aditya Estates, Gambheeram Estates and Bhagyalakshmi Constructions. He is passionate and has in depth knowledge of Real estate industry both in Vizag and Hyderabad.

Mr. Nagendra Rao, a civil engineering graduate, has over 10 years of experience in Chit Funds business. He also excelled in Real estate field in marketing with various organizations for the past 12 years. As a Director of Shree Rise Enclaves, he strengthened the core marketing teams besides supervision of construction activities and execution. With a sharp mind, he has realized the importance of the Marketing and developed proactive marketing teams.

The company is led by Sri T Venkatanarayana, a graduate of Economics and Law, who dreamt big and nurtured a vision. Mr Venkatanarayana has over 30 years of Administrative experience. He was involved in infrastructure projects like RK Apparel Fashions Pvt Ltd, a Gulf Based Garment Export unit. He has experience in construction and its Accounts, Purchase and stores. His hard work and sincerity won him many admirers. Later, he diversified into Finance, Poultry and Real Estate. 

Under his guidance, Lansum Properties has completed Arun Commercial Venture in Jubilee Hills, Lake View Guest House in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. For over 7 years, the company is building quality homes for individuals and corporate sector
