Sunil Kumar Totlani, is an experienced professional with active engagement in every project developed since inception, by ABA Corp. He specialises in asset management with the primary responsibility for liaising with government authorities for all legal compliances, allotment of land, getting project approvals, interacting with architects, supervising the contractors and other construction agencies.

A young & versatile professional, Lakshay Totlani holds a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the prestigious Delhi University and Masters in Real Estate from the University of Glasgow. Since joining MKS Ventures, he has been involved in every group operation and leads Business Development.
