A modest start as a government demolition contractor in fifties we have moved on, as our friends in construction fraternity calls ‘From destructive to constructive’. But we believe that our mission demolition has taught us quintessential lessons of quality constructions and timeless structures.

Future holds a great potential for us. With a land bank of more than 20 million sq.ft (and more in pipeline) we are aiming a robust growth in commercial, residential and township projects. We are also very proud to enter into IT park projects with the one on the verge of commencement at Bavdhan in Pune.

The hands that build homes brick by brick need nothing more than a word or two with affection and love. We understand their emotional and real needs and that makes us take few initiatives to make their lives simpler & happier. We provide crèche facility for the little ones so that their parents can work freely without endangering the safety of their wards. We also run schools at the site for their grown ups so that they can build a better future for themselves. Regular health checkup camps are organized to ensure a sound physical health of all the workers and provide medical attention for the needy ones.Homes built by us are Happy Homes for one simple reason that they are put together by happy workers.
