Neelkanth Group is one of the oldest and most trusted names in Mumbai Real Estate founded in 1938 as Velji Herka Patel (VHP) and renamed Neelkanth Group in 2000.We have developed more than 20 million square feet of space in the Residential, Commercial and Retail sectors since then. Neelkanth Group entered into JV with Reliance Industries to develop ' Fortune 2000 ' - Reliance Infocomm occupied half of this building. We are the Co-owners of prime land in South Mumbai with Reliance Capital.
