It also instrumental in organizing various cultural initiatives for the various promotional activities related to music, literature, health awareness, as well as spirituality amongst masses. 'Phadnis Foundation' is working with an NGO to cater guardianship of poor children across India. They have undertaken guardianship of more than 50 students from 1st to 8th standard. 'Phadnis Foundation' not only looks after the student's education, but also their food, clothing for family, uniforms, grocery, monthly necessary items, conveyance, picnics, computer education, and extracurricular activities. 'Phadnis Foundation' in association with Sadhana Kala Manch, Pune will be offering scholarships to upcoming and needy students to pursue their passion in dance, singing and playing any instrument.
