Sreenadha Reddy Nayani

Sreenadha Reddy is the Chairman and Managing Director of Sai Srushti Group (SSG), a conglomerate comprising of companies in real estate, education and energy.

In 2005, Mr. Reddy founded Sai Srushti Developers Private Ltd. (SSDPL), which is one of the fastest growing property development companies in southern India. Since then Mr. Reddy has overseen the expansion and development of SSDPL into one of the best names in the real estate business.

In 2009, Mr. Reddy founded Thor Energy which focuses on transmission and distribution of energy along with power generation and construction of auxiliary equipment. The company aims to fulfill power needs of the country in a sustainable and efficient way.

Mr. Reddy is also a Co-founder and Trustee of Candor International School. The school was established in 2010 to create an environment designed to encourage global thinking in its students. Currently it has students from over 14+ nationalities and is one of the few schools in Bangalore that offers International Baccalaureate (IB) education.

He's also a co-founder and Director of Assetz Homes, a property development company focused on luxury housing in Bangalore.

Mr. Reddy serves as a board member of Skills4All - a company that aims to standardize the hiring process for skilled workers from underprivileged backgrounds by understanding industry requirements and then defining training standards accordingly.

Before starting SSG, Mr. Reddy was Vice President of SiteLite Inc., a startup based in Los Angeles, USA, that provides web services monitoring software to global clients. As Head - Operations (India), he setup up SiteLite's operations in India, hiring over 120 people over 2 years. Prior to that, he worked as a Consultant for Canon and OSI Consulting Inc. in the United States.

Mr. Reddy earned his Bachelor's degree from Madras University and Master's degree from Singapore Management University. He lives with his wife and 2 children in Bangalore, India.

Sumanth Kumar Reddy

Mr. Sumanth is a Director in SSG. He owns multiple construction companies through which many Central and State government projects have been executed. He brings with him tremendous expertise in the field of civil works and Bangalore real estate.

Mr. Sumanth's companies have executed over Rs. 2000 crores worth of infrastructure projects till date. These projects were carried out under the firms Siri Constructions, BKR Constructions, RR Constructions etc.

In 2005, Mr. Sumanth Reddy inherited BKR Constructions - a construction company founded in 1975. The company has vast experience in Earth Works, Tunneling, Road Works and Mining.

Siri Constructions has been executing projects in irrigation, railways, hydropower, roads and tunnels etc. The partners of the company are well-experienced and highly qualified engineers in both Mechanical and Civil Engineering fields.

Mr. Sumanth has also started other construction companies like Sri Vishnupriya Constructions, Coramandal Constructions, K.G.P.C, P.C.C, and R.R. Constructions etc. and is a Managing Partner for few of them.

In 2013, he acquired Hampson Aerospace - a subsidiary of a UK Company, which is into precision machining for automotive and aerospace parts.

Mr. Sumanth holds a Masters in Engineering Management from University of Warwick, London and lives with his family in Bangalore, India.
