The company was established in the year 2010 and is engaged in the business of promoting Real Estate, development of lay outs in the name of M/s Sangamam properties represented by its Proprietor Shankar S. We are under taking the project of development of lands into residential sites at various level. 

M/s Sangamam Properties which has built its foundations on trust and well- being of others, the customer remains the Pillar and sole center of all actions. Time and again each project has drawn whole hearted response, with an eager land developer and business community to own a piece of land from our company .

The company had under taken and completed the development of housing sites at Acharapakkam,, Chenglepet, Sriperumbhudur and in & around Chennai.. As on date the company had completed 04 projects.On Going Project is at Jambodai Village, on National highway near Sungwar chatram falls between Chennai - Sriperumbhudur - Bangalore. The project under pipe line for development of housing sites are at Padappai village, near Oragadam, Kanchipuram dist.
