The company was originally incorporated by Mr. T. Durga Prasad, aged about 43 years and Mr.N Dharani Kumar, aged about 32 years during October 2012. Mr. C. Bharani Kumar, aged about 42 years, who is a qualified Engineer based out of Nellore, AP, cousin of original promoters and Mr. Y Krishna Kumar, also an Electrical Engineer have joined the Company as co-promoters.

Mr. C. Bharani Kumar has been in the construction business for more than 15 years. He has executed both civil works and mechanical installations. Initially started his career as a Mechanical Engineer with M/s.Empee Sugars, Naidupet, AP, was involved in construction and erection of distillation unit. Later he moved out of employment and started his own contracting firm viz., M/s. Raja Rajeswari Constructions.

He has been taking up construction and road contracts since the year 2000. As a construction contractor, he has constructed more than 85,000 sq ft of different Residential Projects for M/s. Sterling Estates Properties Limited & M/s. Plaza Properties Ltd in Chennai. Apart from private residential projects, he has also as a construction contractor built 65 houses for Tsunami Project near Ponneri for M/s.Senthamizh Constructions & Projects Private Limited, Chennai and Administrative Building for SIPCOT at Oragadam, Chennai.

Besides these residential constructions, M/s. Raja Rajeswari Constructions has been constructing factory sheds (VIKI Steels, Empee Sugars, etc) , drains, culverts (Gayathri Power Projects) for private parties and also road cum building works of Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Mr. Y Krishna Kumar has more than 5 years of experience in execution of projects and has worked with companies executing power and infra projects. After being in employment for about 4 years, he chose to become a Realtor and started promoting housing plots at Sullurpet, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh. He has co- promoted about 20 acres of different housing layouts. As a logical extension to his Real Estate business, he joined the Company as a Director for promoting housing projects.

Mr. T. Durga Prasad is a Company Secretary, Law Graduate and an MBA (Finance). His career spans for more than 17 years. He was earlier working with Balaji Group, in the area of corporate laws and Finance. He has experience in legal vetting and project funding and is a strong PR person. He worked as General Manager, Corporate Affairs, with VGN Developers Pvt Ltd, one of the well known residential developers in Chennai. He was involved in supplier negotiations, finalizing procurement contracts, liaison with banks for loan documentation, etc. Mr. T.Durga Prasad also is involved in policy matters and procurement issues of their family run contracting firm which executes Government Road and building works.

Mr. N Dharani Kumar is a HR Professional having about 10 years experience in HR and administration. Mr. Dharani Kumar is also involved in policy matters and procurement issues of their family run contracting firm which executes Government Road and building works.

The promoters are having experience in execution of projects and administrative experience in Real estate space. The vision is to start a Property Development Company and create land mark projects and thus earn their own reputation and brand name.

The Company has entered into a Joint Venture for developing a Residential Project at Urapakkam, Chennai. The proposed residential project is for about 1,20,000 sq ft on a 1.37 acres of prime residential land just about 100 meters off GST Road.
