Vanshaj which literally translates into ‘for generations to come’ is a concept of Mr. Nikhil Rane, the mastermind behind Vanshaj. A hard core Puneite, Mr. Rane is committed to deliver not just contemporary homes but living environments that will withstand the test of time and benefit generations to come. His interests go beyond business as is seen from his deep involvement in city affairs, with particular regard to the betterment of living facilities and environment. A Bachelor in Science of Law, he is also actively involved in developing the lives of the children of laborers, who work on his sites and runs schools on the site for them.
