AEZ group was formed under the guidance of Late Shri Jai Narain Gupta. It started with the emergence of ‘Gupta Properties’ to provide quality and reliable service in real estate sector. Aerene Group grew in leaps and bounds in the real estate business and is a combination of 5 real estate companies namely Gold Souk Group, Aerene ABL, AEZ Group, Aerene Jai House and Aerene R Enterprises. The group has been credited with the development of some of the best projects in the NCR; namely Adiva Health Care, AEZ Square, AEZ Galaxy and AEZ Carnival Country.
