Infrastructure planning and construction advisory services guarantee that the development is constructed in adherence with management requirements and standards. Pre-hand over services ensure a smooth hand over by establishing a infrastructure management team, training staff, analyzing costs, and drawing up contracts and management guidelines. Hand over services guarantee that the hand over is not tied up by unexpected bureaucratic delays and costs by ensuring the condition of the premises, serving as a liaison between the developer and related government bureaus, and managing the tenant's fitting-out. Post-hand over services, catering to the client's specific requirements, provide services and support in human resources, finance, operations, maintenance, and security
