Pratham Construction Company

The Evolution of the Gadia group started 70 years ago. Seed financing to trading to part manufacturing to fully integrated manufacturing to Real Estate Development – mark the successful transformation and diversification of the Gadia Group. The Entrepreneurial streak and the adherence to its core values are the backbone of the progress of the Gadia Group.

In the late 60’s the enterprising founder Shri Kesarimalji Gadia laid the humble foundations of K M Gadia & Sons – a trading firm dealing in Jari (Gold Threads) and Yarn. K M Gadia soon entered into manufacturing of Jari and completely changed the face of the industry. With its technological formula, K M Gadia & Sons bought significant savings to the end consumer and thereby captured 90% of the market share. Continuing its entrepreneurial journey, the Gadia group has forayed into Real Estate Development with its maiden venture “Pratham Casa Serene”. The transformation of an un-inhabitable land to a habitable environment makes Real Estate Development exciting and is in tune with the Group mission of “Providing the communities we serve with superior products and services by developing innovative solutions to improve the quality of life and satisfy customer needs”

The group’s growth over the last 70 years has been due to its ethical values, its strong focus on the customer needs and emphasis on customer delight.
