Sagar Ventures

Sagar Ventures is proud of its promoters' experience of more than 25 years in Real Estate development industry. As a new entrant in the real estate industry we are active in different business segments such as property development, real estate marketing and sales along with agriculture and Hospitality. A special feeling for future development, highly creative but customised solutions to the requirements of every person dreaming of a home and an urge to offer more and better services is making us strong and successful.

Realizing that there is a dearth for good properties with proper legal titles and excellent quality construction 'Sagar Ventures' was envisaged as a partnership firm to make possible "Real Estate Development" enterprises into "Real Ethics Development" enterprises by bringing in full transparency in all stages of real estate transactions. Sagar Ventures is a new enterprise jointly floated by Mr. M. S. Narahari and Mrs. Kamakshi Narahari, which commenced operations in the year 2011. With ventures in Bangalore and other cities in Karnataka we are slowly but steadily growing as a successful initiative.
