Sampada Group

Sampada Group was founded on the principal of participative management. It means that the group runs the project with home buyers who are considered as Sampada’s family members. Their mission is timely delivery of the project keeping the quality and the safety in mind and to maintain transparency with the members for ongoing loyal support from them. Their vision for the group is to embody and implement the new concept of participative management with all of their projects. This kind of concept is limited to NCR region for the time being.

They  specialize in residential real estates and have carved a niche for themselves in that sector. It has many successful projects to its credit some of them being Vigyan Vihar Apartments, Jagdambe Apartments, Kartik Kunj Apartments, Shubhamkamna  Apartments, Shramdeep Apartments among many others.

What sets them apart from any other housing group is that they really consider their clients as their family. They have a unique idea of involving their clients as much as possible and taking their suggestions into account and hold meetings where the progress of the project could be discussed. Even though they have other housing projects in pipeline, they concentrate on completing the project in hand and moving on to the next.
