Our journey of building homes over the last two and a half decades, has in turn built us to be in the position we currently are. We pride our success of constructing over 23000 spaces, across over 21 million square feet in our 29-year journey. Our experiences became the bricks we lay to build the future.

‘Value for money’ has been the cornerstone of every move we make and we thus promise our patrons just that. All our projects are large format integrated townships and thus we are able to achieve significant cost savings through heavy mechanization; efficient resource planning; backward integration and in-house manufacturing of critical construction material; skillful negotiation with suppliers; standardized construction; and modular space planning. Our single minded focus on our chosen customer segment helps us fully to achieve economies of scale. The savings thus made are passed on to our customers to sell affordable homes.

The naming philosophy of Janapriya, meaning ‘people’s favourite’ has always been true to its name and in the process has recently been declared two years in a row as the ‘Most Preferred Builder – South India in a nationwide survey conducted by AC Nielsen.
